Despite what we’ve been told, time doesn’t heal grief—presence does.
In a world obsessed with productivity, grief doesn’t get the space it needs. We’re told to “stay strong,” “move on,” or “get over it.”
When left unattended, grief doesn’t fade; it transforms into suppressed emotions that linger in your body and soul, quietly influencing your decisions, relationships, and overall well-being.
But when grief is honoured—when you give it space to breathe and be felt—it becomes a powerful force for healing and empowerment.

And guess what.. She found answers!! Answers that less than 1% of the women of the current times are integrating in their lives. She then made the decision to pass on the ancient feminine wisdom to as many women around and invite them on a life-enriching journey of exploring their femininity.
